People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons—stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whatever brings you here, person-centred counselling allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, in your own way.
In our sessions, I won’t offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I provide a calm, confidential environment where we can work together to help you:
